Responsibilities
Plan and control for Calcite Production and coordinate with related Department for Deliver the Calcite to Plant as Schedule and Production Plan
Analyze and report the data of the Mining Production
Conduct geological and geotechnical studies to determine the most effective and safe mining methods.
Design and plan mine layouts, including open-pit and underground operations.
Develop and implement mining plans that maximize productivity while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Utilize advanced software for mine planning, modeling, and simulation.
Oversee daily mining operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Collaborate with other departments such as geology, environmental, and processing to ensure integrated operations.
Manage projects from conception through to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in mining operations
Strong knowledge of mining methods, equipment, and technologies
Proficiency in mine planning software or similar
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to work in remote locations and travel as required.
