With special selection and designed fineness of Natural Calcium Carbonate (NCC) for optimum Whiteness with excellent properties, used in both uncoated and coated printing and writing paper/board application.

SurintOmya’s NCC filler products help to improve Paper Performance and to optimize Manufacturing Cost by using as a fiber replacement at increased loadings while NCC coating pigment grades providing technical properties and cost saving to coated papers, coated boards and specialty papers (Carbonless and label paper).

 

SurintOmya’s NCC fillers made of both ground and precipitated Calcium Carbonate which have a positive impact on drainage, brightness, and opacity of paper. Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) filler is the best suited option to maintain paper bulk, improve opacity, and reduce overall raw material costs even at high filler levels. Moreover from SurintOmya’s  product portfolio, there are other costing pigments such as Kaolin Clay, additives, barrier coatings as complementary products for paper and paper packaging production.
